We are looking for an Administration Intern to support our Back Office team over the summer. You will work closely with the Junior Administration Specialist on the day-to-day running of the company’s administration. The ideal candidate is careful, well-organized, reliable, and discreet — someone who takes pride in doing detail-oriented work correctly.

This is a part-time, on-site role in Kraków for a student, approx. 10 hours per week across July, August and September, with a flexible weekly schedule agreed in advance.

Responsibilities:

  • Archiving and organising administrative documents, invoices, and employee files, with care for order and confidentiality
  • Verifying and describing purchase invoices — assigning costs and ensuring correct document naming according to internal procedures
  • Maintaining key company Excel files — keeping the payment register and Equipment List current and accurate
  • Supporting back-office operations — office and grocery orders, organisation of the kitchen space, and contact with contractors
  • Supporting the Junior Administration Specialist in daily tasks

Required skills & qualifications

  • Active student status (under 26)
  • Availability ~10 h/week, on-site in Kraków, July–September
  • High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
  • Discretion in handling confidential financial and personnel data
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (entering and organising data)
  • Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
  • Fluent Polish (invoices, naming conventions, and contractor contact are in Polish)
