| Opis oferty | Key Responsibilities: Deliver Pre-Prepared Lesson Plans: Implement the provided lesson plans and lead classroom activities in alignment with the school’s curriculum and instructional approach. Ensure a Safe, Productive Environment: Supervise and manage students effectively, fostering a secure and positive classroom setting that encourages active learning. Follow School Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all school policies to ensure consistency and uphold high standards for classroom management, student conduct, and safety. Support Student Learning Needs: Assist students with their individual learning needs, providing guidance and reinforcement as required. Provide Brief Written Updates: After each class, write a concise update for the classroom teacher regarding key activities, any notable incidents, and student engagement. Communicate Relevant Updates to Staff: Report any incidents or important updates promptly to the appropriate school staff, ensuring clear and timely communication. Required: Educational Experience: Prior teaching or classroom experience preferred; experience in an international school setting is a plus. Communication and Adaptability: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different age groups and classroom dynamics. Bilingual Skills (Optional): Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Polish is an asset but not mandatory. Working conditions: Flexible On-Call Role: This is an on-call position, with no guaranteed hours. Candidates should be available at short notice for classroom coverage.
