Opis ofertyYour responsibilities:
-Cooperate in German & English with our European customers via phone and email on a daily basis to manage and process orders and to solve problems that may occur on the way.
-Work on a system – a big portion of our work involves order management, inventory checks, reports generation and analysis.
-Work in a team – it’s important to us that team members cooperate and support each other, providing back-ups as necessary.
-Build and/or maintain the relationships with our customers – we have long-standing business customers, and we want them to be satisfied with our service.
-Cooperate with internal departments of Sylvamo and learn not only about logistics processes (such as demand, production, transportation planning) but also about pricing, sales & marketing, in order to successfully manage your customer accounts.
-Take part in global and local projects and initiatives, including process improvements.


Our requirements:
-Very good knowledge of written and spoken German.
-Good knowledge of English.
-1-2 years of customer service experience.
-Ability to learn quickly and process high volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
-Action and detail orientation.
-Eagerness to work in a team environment and make your own decisions.
-Good analytical and organizational skills.
-Ease to work with computers and learn new systems.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and deal with ambiguity.

What we offer:
We are not a call center. You will be the link between our customers and internal departments of Sylvamo by serving as an ambassador for your customers. The relationship you build with them will be critical to the company’s commercial success.
We have a very effective on-boarding process that will help you settle in and feel comfortable with the job and your customers. We will teach you about papermaking, our business processes and how to manage orders in our internal system.
We will provide you with development opportunities: we offer trainings on soft skills, technical training sessions and language classes. You will also have the chance to be involved in business projects and implementation of process improvements within Supply Chain.
