YOUR ROLE As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team, delivers a high quality and cost effective service and oversees the process (or part of process) and customer service decisions. Can take leadership to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service to client with highly proficient knowledge of one or more processes and continually strives to improve the process. YOUR TASKS • Manual input and research of information related to financial instruments (instrument related reference and event data, corporate actions) in Customer’s data input system • Creation and update of the information above in a timely and accurate manner • Source monitoring and analyzing, research in case of misleading of missing information • Assessment of the data • Handling non standard/complex customer queries and complaints and give the detailed feedback to the client • Quality assurance of one’s own input to validate the accuracy, coverage and completeness of the information provided by various data sources using all available checking tools • Analysis and reporting of quality issues to Team Leader • Is subsequently involved, prior to input of information, in some research on critical descriptive information provided by various data sources • Is involved checking Input of Automated data feeds • Check of the correctness of the procedure and instructions and identify the areas where is a need to procedure change/update/creation • Perform the training for new joiners and to create and adjust training schedule and to assess the results of the training • Support improvement initiatives in the phase of evaluation and testing • Identify areas that can be improved on the process level • Support to Team Leader during leader absence YOUR PROFILE • Relevant working experience (at least 3-5 years) • Experience in working with financial data (knowledge of funds and other financial instruments) • Very good command of English (B2) • Good analytical skills • Attention to details, • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work in a team • Customer service skills • Good knowledge of MS Excel • Managing Relationships • Executive Interaction • Client Organizational Awareness WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE • Well-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Multisport card.
