| Opis oferty | We are currently looking for candidates to join our US Customer Service department – either to work with customers on the West Coast or the East Coast and Central US. Our Customer Service is not a call center, but the link between our US customers and internal departments of Sylvamo. The relationship you build with them will be critical to the company’s commercial success. During effective on-boarding we will teach you about papermaking, our business processes and how to manage orders in SAP system. Standard working hours for East Coast and Central (US Market): Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Standard working hours for West Coast: Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. |
