But if you are excited about the idea of joining AirHelp, we'd love to hear from you anyway). - Fluency in English, Arabic and French. - Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service — no experience required. - Genuine willingness to help people and go the extra mile for them. - Strong adherence to procedures with a keen eye for detail. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while staying organized and prioritizing tasks efficiently. - The availability to work in a shift system (Monday - Sunday). (Only one morning shift per month requires office presence — otherwise, enjoy working from home!) *Morning shift 8:00 - 16:00 *Evening shift 16:00 - 24:00 (from home) *Night shift 0:00 - 8:00 (from home) No experience?
