We invite you to the training titled: Opening and running a business - introduction to the topic of "your own company" in Poland.

Training programme:

1. Introduction to the topic of "your own company" - the concept of business activity, the concept of an entrepreneur.

2. Applicable legal acts.

3. Organizational and legal forms of running a business in Poland - short description. Advantages and disadvantages of particular legal forms.

4. Procedure for registering a sole proprietorship:

- discussion of the CEIDG-1 form (entry in CEIDG, change of entry, suspension and resumption of business activity and liquidation of the company)

- NIP - Tax Office

- REGON - Statistical Office

-  registration of the company online via Trusted Profile

5. Obligations of the entrepreneur towards ZUS

- submitting an application to ZUS - discussion of applicable forms

- social security and health insurance contributions

6. Obligations of the entrepreneur towards the Tax Office

7. Sources of business financing - where to get money for your own business?

The meeting will be held using the Zoom application. The link for the meeting will be sent to you on the day of the meeting.

We suggest participating in the event using a stable internet connection, preferably wired.

The training will be conducted by employees of the Department of Economic Activity and Agriculture of the Poznań Municipal Office.
