YOUR TASKS
-Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email.
-Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
-Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
-Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.

YOUR PROFILE
-Advanced level of English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
1 to 2 years of international contact center experience.
-Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
-Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
-Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
