| Opis oferty | YOUR TASKS Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email. Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution. Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates. YOUR PROFILE Advanced level of English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. 1 to 2 years of international contact center experience. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions. Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
