We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to make a lasting impact in the world of technical recruitment. What makes this role different? You will work with the top 500 companies in the Dutch manufacturing industry, filling high-volume technical positions in operations, maintenance, production, and logistics. This isn’t about quick wins – it’s about creating long-term solutions and acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to improve and scale their recruitment process. Your role: - End-to-end recruitment for key accounts: You manage your own portfolio of industryleading clients, taking full responsibility for delivering results. - Volume meets quality: You successfully recruit at scale for technical MBO/HBO roles without compromising quality. - Process improvement: You guide clients in optimizing their recruitment processes and candidate experience. - Strategic building: You help set up long-term solutions like talent pools, employer branding strategies, and workforce planning.
