We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to make a lasting impact in the world of technical recruitment. What makes this role different? You will work with the top 500 companies in the Dutch manufacturing industry, filling high-volume technical positions in operations, maintenance, production, and logistics. This isn’t about quick wins – it’s about creating long-term solutions and acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to improve and scale their recruitment process.
