Responsibilities • Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential clients in Europe, with a focus on Western markets • Conducting market research on companies, contacts, and projects using tools like LinkedIn, Clay, and Pipedrive • Participating in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales collateral • Assisting in organizing sales campaigns and meetings, including trade shows, webinars, and cold outreach activities • Developing skills in consultative sales within the Interior & Exterior sectors of the automotive industry, including prospecting, working with engineering teams, and creating tailored proposal Requirements • Very good command of Polish (native), with proficiency in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2) • Strong motivation to grow professionally in the area of engineering services sales • Analytical and communication skills • Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and working in a dynamic environment • Interest in topics related to mobility, automotive, and transport engineering Nice to have: • Any experience, including internships or student jobs, in sales, B2B marketing, or client interaction • Knowledge of the automotive, railway, and bus industries • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint We Offer • Step-by-step introduction to the world of technical sales – onboarding and training included • Opportunity to work with international clients on real projects • Working closely with the engineering team – gain insight into the development process of modern vehicles • A development path toward the role of Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager • Modern tools and a real influence on how our sales process works • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model • Private medical care (Medicover) • Medicover Sport Card • Funding of preventive mental health support If you’re interested, please apply via the application form on our website. https://endego.traffit.com/public/an/43493242dc131a5d582493ac6fe4965431646969?source=career_page |
