| Opis oferty | YOUR TASKS Validating the accuracy of translations for retail consumer goods-related queries (calls, emails, chat messages) to ensure they are correctly translated by the implemented e-translation solution (machine translation), Correcting translation errors and documenting the changes on the platform, Ensuring that daily tasks are completed on time through various communication channels, both written and verbal, Meeting quality, productivity, and timeline targets while ensuring accuracy in completed tasks, Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to achieve a satisfactory audit rating. YOUR PROFILE Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e.g., language schools, international experience, translations, etc.), Fluency in English and Dutch at a minimum C1 level, Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools, Strong language expertise, translation skills, and attention to detail for identifying grammatical errors, Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
