| Opis oferty | YOUR TASKS Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Maintain and update employee records and HR reports. Manage HR systems and assist with administrative tasks. Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. YOUR PROFILE Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (minimum B2). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service orientation and proactive attitude.
