| Opis oferty | YOUR TASKS Supporting the implementation and improvement of operational processes within an organization. Assisting with process mapping and documentation. Data analysis. Identifying areas for improvement. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR operational excellence frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance. YOUR PROFILE Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1); Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2); At least half a year of work experience in the HR department; Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel); Highly developed interpersonal skills; Student status or bachelor’s degree.
