Opis ofertyYOUR TASKS
Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot issues, providing accurate diagnostics and effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and successful case resolution.
Maintain clear, detailed, and accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements as well as updates to the knowledge base.
Ensure daily tasks are completed on time through effective written and verbal communication.
Meet established quality, productivity, and turnaround targets while ensuring high accuracy.
Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards to maintain a satisfactory audit score.
YOUR PROFILE
Advanced level of English and Ukrainian, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Approximately 2 years of international contact center experience.
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
