| Opis oferty | Are you looking for your first recruitment job? nGAGE is looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join one of our teams. In this role you would be filling high-volume technical positions in operations, maintenance, production, and logistics. But don't worry! We are happy to show you how it's done. We are looking for positive mindset and proactive approach. Role scope: - Developing sourcing methods via different channels - Creating talent pools and building databases of relevant candidates - Screening candidates via phone/teams chat - Presenting candidates to the manager or senior team member - Cooperating closely with the team and managers - Building strong relationships with your network The profile we are looking for: - Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English - High level of customer awareness / Customer Service ethic - Confidence on the phone, not scared to speak to candidates, team members and managers - Willingness to learn the role and industry - Clear communication, strong ownership, and a proactive mindset - Initial experience in recruitment is advantageous, but not necessary Our offer: - Full training on recruitment, sourcing methods & ATS system - All equipment provided by the company - Stable employment - full time UoP - 3 months probation contract followed by indefinite contract - Hybrid working opportunity - 3 days a week working from our modern office in the heart of Kraków - Office working hours 9-5 - Benefits package: LuxMed medical care, PZU life insurance, MyBenefit platform with MultiSport access, holiday bonus, performance based bonus If you'd like to have a chat with us, apply with your CV in English below or directly via email A.Durlak2@ngagetalent.com |
