| Opis oferty | YOUR TASKS Managing and resolving discrepancies related to transactions, payments, and customer accounts, Handling customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner, Investigating and analyzing financial data to identify root causes of disputes and ensure accurate resolution, Supporting users with financial systems and tools, including SAP, Keeping detailed documentation of all interactions and resolutions for audit and compliance purposes. YOUR PROFILE Experience in finance-related roles (e.g., invoice processing, order management, bookkeeping), Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data, Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, Proficiency in German and English at B2 level, Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
