Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email.
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
YOUR PROFILE
Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
Fluent proficiency in Greek and English language (C1)
At least 1 year of international customer service area.
Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, well versed with Excel and other MS Office tools, graduation must.
Dedication to the customer experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and interactions while prioritizing requests and concerns.
