Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates. Your profile Advanced level of English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Motivation to grow in an international contact center environment. Practical knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions. Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
