The travel industry can be very complicated and challenging even for the experienced customer. Customers contact Travel Agencies for assistance with booking their flight or simply to ask you various questions to assist them plan their travel.

This training is designed to familiarize you with various industry terms, alliances and trick which could be used during travel. Get to know every details same as our Travel Agent! Every participant will be able to know how is it possible to travel everywhere in one day, know interesting stories about travel and discover new countries, places and cities from their everyday work! After completing the training all the participants will have an understanding of travel information and the process at the airport, airline and travel jargon/terminology which can be used in everyday life for all tourism customers.
