Description:
Responsibility for qualifying leads that build a pipeline for the enterprise sales organization. The Sales Development Representative will receive contact details for current clients and new prospects, has to do the necessary research to pre-qualify these contacts as leads, approaches prospects by phone (mostly through cold calling) and develops the relationship to the point of handoff for Sales and Renewals. An implicit responsibility of the Sales Development Representative is to conduct his business dealings with prospects in a way that will set the stage for future product sales for BNamericas. Main Responsabilities: *Build the sales pipeline for the Sales Area. *Achieve or exceed monthly goals (Qualify a certain amount of leads for the Sales Area). If these goals are not met with a certain amount of frequency this could be reason for termination of the contract. *Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions *Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call *Develop superior customer service relationship with prospects through cold calling *Develop superior customer service relationship with Clients through welcome calls, low usage calls and conducting online demos of BNamericas products and services *Provide weekly activity report to management *Proactively continue to learn more about BNamericas products and services and competitive product and market knowledge via website, on-line webinars, and other marketing information *Update lead rank/stage and prospect interaction in CRM application daily *Create account Plans & have a good understanding of portfolio
