The tasks are varied:
- Place reservations to the intranet
- Attend guest requests and complains during their stay
Student will be responsible for providing information about fees , services and reservations , checking rooms availability in a system, record the income, recieve requests and complains during their stay. Be competent to meet and serve guests with a friendly , tolerant and responsible attitude.
We are looking for:
Ø Studies: Tourism / Comercial/ Languages or equivalent
Ø Languages: English Advanced + Spanish intermediate
We offer:

.Wymagania:
• Studia: Marketing, Handel, Ekonomia, International Business
• Doświadczenie: mile widziane ale nie konieczne
• Języki: Zaawansowany Angielski i Hiszpanski
