The company is providing a solution for travellers and organisations to book and manage group transport solutions by bus or coach around the world. Utilising optimised industry data and technology, the company connects the booker with local ground transport operators in 200+ cities, whilst providing high level customer care and support from the beginning to the end of the service, wherever it takes place.

PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION

We are excited to introduce a unique program tailored exclusively for students.
It is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of all facets  of our company. Through observation, shadowing, and mentorship, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of the responsibilities within each department.

Our program spans six months, during which you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself     in our company's culture, values, and operations. We are confident that this experience will be not only educational but also rewarding, and we encourage all participants to make the most of this opportunity.

The program is totally paid, which means that participants who qualify after the recruitment process, working with us from 10 to 30 hours a week, will be paid by us for the entire duration of the program.

HERE IS HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS:

• Onboarding: You will be introduced to the company and learn not only about our mission, values, and culture, but also about the basics of how our company operates. You will get to know the individual departments of our company and the relationships between them, and also receive the most necessary training within the given area.

• Observation: You will be observing the daily operations of various departments within our organization. This phase will give you valuable insights into the inner workings of our company.

• Shadowing: After the observation period, you will have the opportunity to shadow experienced professionals in your areas of interest. This hands-on experience will allow you to learn from the best and gain practical skills.

• Mentorship: Throughout the program, you will be paired with a mentor who will guide you, answer your questions, and help you navigate your chosen field. Your mentor will provide valuable insights and assist you in your personal and professional growth.

• Evaluation and Progress: We will regularly evaluate your performance and progress during the program. These evaluations will help us identify your strengths and areas for improvement.

Szkoła języka polskiego Witaj Wrocław przyjmie na praktyki studenckie kreatywną osobę do prowadzenia dyskusji w języku polskim w ramach spotkań Polskich Klubów Dyskusyjnych.  

Zadania:

Prowadzenie raz lub dwa razy w tygodniu po 1,5h spotkania na żywo lub online podczas którego migranci ze wschodu (uczniowie szkoły Witaj Wrocław, dorośli) będą mogli poćwiczyć rozmawianie w języku polskim na bieżące tematy, np. jak uzyskać PESEL, szukanie pracy w Polsce lub inne ciekawe dla grupy tematy.

Duration: 3 months
Commitment: 3-4 days per week
Description:
Crafton is a web-design agency that is looking for interns that are willing to work and develop themselves in an
international environment within the Erasmus+ program. In Crafton, we are storytellers, as we create stories about
brands and help our customers to be part of it.

We are looking for ambitious students, eager to research and learn. Not only do we look for interns that are
interested in gaining departmental experience, but we want our interns to be willing to develop their
communication skills to become better individuals. Prior knowledge of UX/UI is necessary, as the internship is
focused on providing the student with corporate experience.

The internship period is flexible and can be extended, and it can be done remotely or on-site.

Possible tasks (in teams and/or individually):
• Web Analysis/ Audits (Information architecture, google analytics, benchmarking, Krug’s test, and Nielsen
Heuristics)
• Creating wireframes
• Creating prototypes
• Social media graphics
