Na praktyki lub wolontariat zagraniczny można wyjechać będąc studentem lub absolwentem do dwóch lat po studiach. AIESEC oferuje szeroką paletę możliwości wyjazdu zagranicznego, w zależności od kierunku studiów i zainteresowań. Są to praktyki oraz wolontariat w organizacjach pozarządowych bądź też małych czy średnich przedsiębiorstwach w obszarach takich jak np.: organizacje pozarządowe, projekty CSR, marketing, finanse, HR czy PR. Główne rejony, do których możesz wyjechać to Azja, Afryka, Europa Wschodnia, Bałkany, Europa Środkowa czy też Ameryka Południowa dla osób ze znajomością języka hiszpańskiego.

„Będąc na wolontariacie zagranicznym można tak naprawdę nauczyć się samodzielności. Można się też wiele dowiedzieć o własnym kraju i o tym jak jest postrzegany. Poza tym mam teraz przyjaciół w takich krajach jak Czechy, Rumunia czy Brazylia, których planuję odwiedzić w przyszłym roku”. – mówi Kasia, studentka prawa na Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim, która była na wolontariacie w Sankt Petersburgu.

„Praktyka zagraniczna pozostawiła we mnie jak dotychczas najlepsze wspomnienia mego życia. Prócz fantastycznych ludzi, jakich poznałem, malowniczych rejonów, jakie zwiedziłem, nauczyłem się pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku gdzie spojrzenie na wiele procesów jest totalnie inne niż w Polsce. Ta różnorodność jak i zagraniczne doświadczenie miały kluczowy wpływ w procesie selekcji do wymarzonego stanowiska w dużej międzynarodowej korporacji, w której teraz pracuję” – Tomek, absolwent Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie.

Co trzeba zrobić, aby wyjechać? Pierwszym etapem jest wypełnienie aplikacji dostępnej na naszej stronie internetowej. Następnie rozmowa z członkiem AIESEC, test językowy oraz szkolenia przygotowujące do wyjazdu. Co dodatkowo wyróżnia AIESEC z pośród innych ofert wyjazdu za granicę, to m.in.: przygotowanie do praktyki oraz pomoc w załatwieniu wszelkich formalności związanych z wyjazdem. Podczas pobytu za granicą można liczyć na pomoc organizacji, a po powrocie wstąpić do niej i działać lokalnie rozwijając swoje umiejętności i wykorzystując zdobyte kontakty i doświadczenie.

Internship Programme at Alexander Mann Solutions is a great way to apply what you have learned in school, test the waters of the professional world and build a strong foundation for achieving your career goals. As an Intern at AMS, you will be part of a global organisation. You will enjoy varied work experiences that help you develop skills such as teamwork, effective communication, professional networking, and understanding of business procedures.

We are looking for a student to Office Administration Internship.

The person chosen for Internship with be involved in:

· Supporting Office Coordinator in her daily tasks

· Supporting on-boarding of new employees

· Supporting office projects

· Assisting in office events organization

· Arranging posting services

· Office supplies deliveries

· Supporting employees in daily office administration matters

· Handling site related administrative tasks

· Ensuring office shared resources (meeting rooms, kitchens, etc) and supplies are maintained at required standards

Requirements:

· 4th of 5th year student

· Work experience

· Fluent in English

· Strong organizational and negotiations skills

· Strong communication and decision-making skills

· Being able to take initiative

· Flexible (in terms of time and approach)

· Self-confident

We require availability for around 20 h per week.

Internship is paid.
